Essentia Design is the full-service design and promotional products brand of solopreneur designer Fawn Martin. Essentia Design specializes in both printed and digital products tailored for other small brands, solopreneurs and creatives. Our products and services include both customizable templates and custom design.


Essentia Design specializes in designing and selling finished marketing and promotional products that benefit small brand customers most:

Beginning December 2025, Essentia Design will regularly feature our customers on our social media pages to help them to connect with other small brands, potential customers and boost their brands for free.


No, we do not design logos or branding at this time.


Currently, all our printed products are manufactured in the USA by select printers using original designs by Fawn Martin. Our company is also located in the USA.

We've tried to keep our order process as fast and easy as possible while allowing for our customers to provide a lot of information to fully customize their product! We hope we've created a process that meets these goals...but we are always open to suggestions for improvement from our customers.


Step One

After you select your product, choose your different options on the Product Page (color, style, quantity, price) and complete your order. Don't worry that there aren't any customization prompts on the product page. Those will happen in the next step!


Step Two

Open your email Order Confirmation and click on the link to send us your personalized information for your order.  If you order one of our digital products, this link will be included on your downloadable item. Enter your info for your product in the online form and click Submit.


Step Three

Watch your email for your Design Proof which will arrive in 1 to 2 business days after you submit your online form. Review the Design Proof, and let us know if we need to make any changes or if it's ready to be printed. You make any correction notes or approve the design all on the Design Proof page itself with just a few clicks. We receive your Design Proof electronically within minutes after you send it.


Step Five

Wait for your order to arrive! In the meantime, we'll send you an update when your order ships with tracking information.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. These are processed by GoDaddy Payments.

Our human-powered Design Partner Service is a complimentary premium service we created as an alternative  to online do-it-yourself graphic design tools and templates that may not  deliver the professional results a small brand needs to make the best first impression on a potential customer. 


We also understand how valuable time is for the small brand owner and solopreneur. This service frees up their time as well to spend on other aspects of their business.


Our customer provides us their information with their order and then we take care of the  professional layout and customization (including color  and typography selection), incorporation of a brand logo and photos or artwork, creation of QR Codes, custom Call to Action message, printing preparation and final  printing.


Print Products

We'll usually have your Design Proof completed and sent to you by the next or second business day. 


The number of days shown below include both printing production and shipping time, but not the initial 1-2 business days for preparing your Design Proof or the time you will need to review and approve your design.

 

  • FREE Economy Shipping on orders over $60 = 8-10 business days once you approve design


  • USA Economy Shipping = 8 - 10 business days once design is approved


  • USA Standard Shipping = 6 - 8 business days once design is approved

 

  • USA EXPRESS = 3 business days once design is approved


  • USA EXPEDITED = 2 business days once design is approved



Digital Products

Please allow 3-6 business days for creation of your digital product once we receive your personalized information. Once approved, your digital product will be ready no later than the next business day.


We are rolling out our online sales and services on a regional basis. At this time we only sell and ship within the USA. However, we do plan to expand to other countries over the course of 2026.


If you ordered one of our customizable products please click on the link in your Order Confirmation to complete our customization form and upload any files you would like included (logos, photos, etc.)


Please click on the link in your Order Confirmation to connect with our online instructions for how to submit your logo and other asset files to us, including which file types are best.


No, we don't offer any spot color or Pantone matching at this time. We will need CMYK values included in your brand kit for any printed products, and Hex Code for any digital products. 


A design proof is a PDF file with copies of your product that include your customized information so that you can see how the product will look after it is printed.  It is an excellent way to double check for any typos, mispellings or layout issues. 


It's also is a quick and easy way for you to approve your design for printing: if everything looks good you approve your design with just 3 clicks. Your approval is then sent to Essentia Design electronically where your order will be sent for final printing or programming (digital products)


Yes, we create the QR Codes for our customers to provide them with the most options.


The QR Code can be created to connect with any URL: A website page, Etsy shop, Ebay store, Independent Consultant website, an online calendar or scheduling app, any Social Media page, a digital business card, or landing page.


We can also create QR Codes in different colors, with features like a logo, a unique shape or design.


We also program every QR Code we create for our products with Google Campaign Analytics tracking, which is free and optional to use. You can also choose a unique name that will easily identify it in your analytics reporting.


If you choose not to use the Google Campaign Analytics tracking it will not affect the functioning of your QR Code in any way.


Google Campaign Analytics is an optional, free to use service that gathers detailed data whenever the QR Code it is embedded in is scanned, and will add the data to your Google Analytics reporting if you have added your own Google Tag for Google Analytics to the same URL page the code is programmed to connect with. You can also choose a unique name that will easily identify it in your analytics reporting.


The  custom programmed QR Code with Google Campaign Analytics tracking will  provide you with scan analytics for real insight into your ROI while also giving your customers a quick and easy way to connect with your brand online.


If you choose not to use the Google Campaign Analytics tracking it will not affect the functioning of your QR Code in any way.


Our design process was developed with the busy schedule of the small brand leader in mind. 


We start with a short online questionnaire that you can complete at your own pace and use to share your idea boards, images and content that inspires you, your brand kit or any ideas you have in mind.


From there we create a design built on your ideas, needs and goals. The design process takes between 1 and 4 business days to complete, depending on the product being designed. When the initial design is ready we share it via electronic proofs that can be discussed using the method that works best for you...phone call, text, email or virtual meeting. Each custom design includes up to three revisions so that we can fine tune the final version to meet your expectations.


Once you approve of a final design, we will discuss fulfillment options from different paper types, to special finishes to complete your unique design in style.


We only use AI to power our automated website chatbot to help answer questions quickly. 


All of our designs, design work and our Design Partner Service are human-created and human-powered.
